How to play
Goal
Turn the tiles so every pipe joins up into one network, with no loose ends.
How it works
- Tap a tile to turn it a quarter turn clockwise. Tiles can't be moved, only turned.
- Water flows from the peach source tile. Pipes connected to it light up blue.
- You've solved it when every tile is lit and no pipe end points at a wall or at a pipe that doesn't meet it.
- Each turn counts as a move. Every network has a solution.
Tips
- Start at the edges and corners. A pipe end can never point off the board, which often leaves only one way a tile can face.
- A straight pipe on an edge must run along the edge.
- The network never makes a loop, so if two pipes would close a circle, one of them must turn.
The history of Pipes
Pipe-connecting puzzles became popular on computers and phones in the 1990s and 2000s. This rotating-tile version, sometimes called Net, is a classic of free puzzle collections.
